Intensive English

Students who wish to spend more time learning English can enrol on the Intensive English course. The Intensive English course runs at the same time as the General English course but is 20 hours per week. You will join other students for classes every morning but there will be additional learning activities on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. You will be able to join other students for social activities on Monday and Friday.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays there are skills workshops for Grammar, Writing, Reading and Listening. In these workshops students can develop their abilities and, if required, practice for exams.

On Wednesdays there is a seminar on speaking and pronunciation. In this class students give a short presentation on a subject of interest to them and there is group discussion and error correction.
